Description
This two bedroom villa is in a quiet cul-de-sac with stunning sea views over the Paphos coastline. As it is near to the Tombs of the Kings Road and close to all amenities, this villa is ideal for either holiday or residential use. The property is fully air conditioned and fitted with fly screens and shutters. There is a large communal swimming pool and sun terrace. The ground floor offers a spacious living area and a fully fitted kitchen which includes washing machine, dishwasher, fridge freezer and an additional upright freezer. A doorway leads to a barbeque area where the owner has built a purpose built bar with built in refrigerator – perfect for enjoying those balmy nights in Cyprus. Also on this floor is a useful guest cloakroom. Patio doors from the lounge lead onto the front patio area, overlooking a mature landscaped garden. Upstairs there are two double bedrooms with floor to ceiling white fitted wardrobes. The master bedroom has a patio leading out onto a top paved terrace area with planted borders, a shed and security lighting. The family bathroom is white and has a bath and shower. There is a spiral staircase leading from the top terrace down to the BBQ area. This well maintained and lovingly kept house must be seen.

Chloraka is a traditional Cypriot village, which is centrally located for easy access to Paphos town, beaches and the tourist area of Kato Paphos.  Here you will find a different pace of life where time appears to have stood still. Outside the many small coffee houses, some of them literally the front room of a private house, the older men of the village can be found playing their national pastime – Tavli (better known as backgammon). Apart from the tourist industry, Chloraka supports a flourishing agricultural area which supplies many of the local supermarkets with citrus fruits, salad foods and vegetables. Chloraka has many shops which cater for all daily requirements and a substantial sized supermarket as well as banks, bars and chemists. In fact you do not have to leave the village to do the weekly shopping as everything is catered for right down to doctors, dentists and vets! Chloraka has many old buildings of historical and architectural merit: one in particular is the tiny 12th century church of Ayios Nikolaos which is reputed to be of the Frankish era with a small monastery attached to it, making it quite a unique building.
